How to make the perfect pancakes
A super easy pancake recipe the whole family will enjoy

Easy- perfect to make
- 100g plain flour
- 2 large eggs
- 300ml milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil, plus a little extra for frying
Put plain flour, eggs, milk, 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt into a bowl or large jug and whisk to a smooth batter.
Set a medium frying pan over a medium heat and carefully wipe it with some oiled kitchen paper.
Once hot, cook your pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden.
Tip: you can keep them warm in a low oven as you go.
Serve with your favourite toppings
