Are your products tested on animals? We are not tested on animals and are very firmly cruelty-free. Accreditation such as 'Leaping Bunny' is something we are investigating and hope to undertake this year.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? Yes, we undertook and passed extremely robust and stringent, clinical testing conducted by a fully independent body, so it is not a claim we make lightly or in an unsupported way.
Can I use your products if my child has Eczema? Our formula is gentle enough for sensitive skin and it has been used with great success by children who suffer from eczema, but as eczema can vary so much in severity, that we cannot guarantee it would suit all eczema-prone skin. Do your products contain nuts? Our products do not contain any nut-derived ingredients but we do handle nut-derived ingredients on site. The risk of cross-contamination is extremely low as thorough washout procedures are carried out on filling lines before and after each run.
What is your delivery method? We use Royal Mail which takes between 3 and 5 working days. We offer free UK shipping for orders over £25, otherwise it is £3.99.
My order hasn't arrived? If your order has taken over 5 working days, please do email email@example.com and we will of course investigate this and send out a replacement if required. Please note, there may be delays due to issues beyond our control such as severe weather.
One of my bottles has leaked/pouch has burst? We are so sorry to hear this and hope it wasn't too messy to clear up! We try our best to package our orders as safely as possible, but in the unlikely event an item arrives damaged please send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will of course send a replacement out.
Do you delivery internationally? We are hoping to offer international shipping when the Post-Brexit implications become clearer. You may be able to buy from us on Amazon from your country of preference.
My tracking number doesn't work? As a small business, we keep costs down wherever we can so that we can keep costs down to you. Therefore, we do not use Royal Mail's full tracking service. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days please let us know and we will investigate this for you.
What shipping materials do you use? We try and reuse as much cardboard as possible and use starch packaging chips that are fully biodegradable.
What is your return policy? We hope you love our products. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. The cost of the return is payable by the customer.
